In these cases we make sure we understand what the clients is trying to achieve then undertake a detailed technical and functional analysis.
After which we submit a detailed action-based report to the client, explaining what the problems are and how they should be fixed. The client can then use this report to highlight the problem to whoever is responsible for the website.
