Our team has years’ of experience working on a consultancy basis with clients ranging from sole traders to large councils with tens of thousands of employees. In every case we work to understand completely the challenges an organisation faces, the position they find themselves in, where they want to go and what they want to achieve.
From this we apply our knowledge to create a coherent and sound strategy that meets the needs of the client. We are very well placed to advise how much a project should cost, how long it should take and how it will benefit the organisation. We can dispel myths and work to achieve buy-in from people at all levels – from the Marketing Executive to the Chairman of the Board.

The majority of our consulting work is with clients who need direction on how best to use the internet to their advantage. We work with these clients to understand their aspirations, their structure and their aims.
Following this, and usually over a period of several weeks, we work hand in hand with the client to develop a strategic plan. This will usually comprise (but is not be limited to):
- An Overarching Web Strategy for the Organisation
- A Technical Strategy
- A Detailed Site Structure
- A Content Plan
These documents are usually used as the basis for a competitive tender although in some cases we are appointed directly by the client to design and develop a site once the consultation exercise has finished.
