Their key objectives were to:

  • Increase revenue attributed to digital channels
  • Strengthen the brand’s market position online

The ultimate goal was to create a functional advertisement for the business, to contribute directly to the commercial growth and for the company to be regarded by clients, competitors, and candidates as the best recruitment practice in Scotland.

What We Did

The strategy for the project had to fall in line with the business’ overall digital marketing plan. Strategic planning for the project centred around 8 key areas:

  1. Segmentation and Targeting
  2. Innovation
  3. Accessibility
  4. Language and Tone of Voice
  5. Content strategy
  6. Social Media
  7. Functionality
  8. Tracking and attribution

The strategy for the Eden Scott site was to differentiate from competitors, to stay ahead of the curve and to showcase a culture that embraced innovation and fully engaged with the customer base.

Extensive tracking and attribution measurements were installed, so as to ensure results could be recorded and compared month on month and year on year.
