Vienna Apts

Website

Vienna Apartments is a development of 77 luxury apartments in the heart of Glasgow city centre. The development consists of two parts.

Phase One is a regeneration of existing Victorian Warehouses into 33 warehouse-style apartments. Phase Two is a 10 storey new-build consisting of 44 contemporary apartments.

The Challenge

The Vienna Apartments website is the key destination for all other promotional activities such as press advertising, signage and e-newsletters. This means that all signposts and calls-to-action should be obvious to the user whether they have arrived at the homepage or directly on a deeper page in the website.

Our Solution

The whole concept of the website is based on the idea of an Art Gallery - with each of the apartments existing as a work of art. Phase One apartments are showcased in decorative golden frames to compliment the older victorian building whereas Phase Two apartments are showcased on modern canvases without a frame.

The 3D models created for the Apartment Selector have been designed to look like architects scale models on a plinth similar to what you see in galleries and exhibitions.

There is a full Content Management System behind the scenes so that the client can update apartment prices, offers, create new pages and add news.

There is a wealth of information on the website. Users can find out about the location of Vienna Apartments, download the Brochure and Plans for both phases, get information and view the floorplans for every apartment, view the photo galleries or enjoy the 360 degree virtual tours.

Users are invited to join the mailing list to be kept up to date about the latest offers or releases from Vienna.

Central to the Vienna Apartments project (both web and print) is that it should never look like 'another development'. The website stands out from other development websites, its ease of use and information is regularly praised.

Customers regularly comment on how easy they found the website to use and how strong it is visually. Personally I enjoy using the website and as a tool it is a fundamental part of our sales process.
