Vienna Apts

Brochure

Vienna Apartments, with its city centre location and beautiful mix of historical and contemporary architecture, has become one of the hottest addresses in Glasgow.

The Challenge

As Vienna Apartments is a very “individual” development we wanted to do something different from other developments with the brochure.

Our Solution

Initially this was multi-page PDF that was put on a ‘VA’-branded USB Stick. Both ourselves and the client thought this was a great idea; the customer having a reminder of the development that would long outlast the lifetime of a brochure or leaflet as they may use it day-to-day.

However, it turned out that even in this ‘Digital Age’, that people still like having a printed document to hold and peruse. So we set to work artworking this to be printed as a large fold-out broadsheet. One side features photography and text about Glasgow, Apartment Specifications and Premier Burrell - the developer. The other side feaures the plans for each of the floors, layouts of the apartments as well as descriptions and measurements.

Customers who request a brochure receive it in a bright pink branded envelope, something that’ll definitely stand out from the rest of the mail that comes through their letterbox.
