Rettie are one of the UK’s leading independent property specialists. The firm covers residential and new home sales, letting and property management, land and development sales and consultancy in both rural and urban areas.
The Challenge
Rettie needed to communicate more efficiently with their customers and potential customers. Their previous email marketing system was limited, awkward to use and had limited reporting.
Our Response
We migrated Rettie to a new email marketing system and created a series of templates for them that can be used by the various departments for their campaigns.
Email clients are notoriously incompatible with each other and modern web standards, so each template had to be rigorously tested in multiple email clients to ensure they looked consistent across all email clients.
Success
Rettie sends frequent email marketing campaigns to thousands of its customers. The feedback from both Rettie and their own clients has been extremely positive following the introduction of the new system.
The Rettie email campaigns with the new templates are achieving approximately 150% the industry average open rate, 650% the industry average click rate and 15% of the complaint rate *
