They offer the full range of collection services, from pre-legal letter and telephone action, to issuing legal proceedings in the County Courts
The Challenge
Fairfax Solicitors wanted to offer more payment options to people paying their debts by allowing them to receive payments on-line.
They approached Weather Digital to build them a system which would allow people to make a one-off payment or recurring payments on-line.
Our Response
We implemented a secure payment portal and integrated with the secure payment system World Pay. The payment portal is fully PCI compliant.
The payment process is integrated with Fairfax Solicitor’s internal system to keep all transactional information up to date.
