Digital Account Manager
We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join the team.
We build bespoke solutions for our clients and the digital account managers are a vital part of the process.
In brief:
- You will be passionate about what digital lets a client do with their business.
- You will be excellent at understanding the client business and their requirements and outlining a solution that will help the client achieve their aims (working in conjuction with design and technical teams).
- You will manage web projects including social media and SEO and will have excellent client facing skills.
- You must have agency experience.
- You will also drive our digital agenda forward... so you will be innovative - and determined.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Attending appointments with clients and potential clients to understand their requirements
- Creating proposals and tender responses
- Maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage further business and contract renewals

- Strong communication skills - high level of competency in expressing the whole proposition
- Confident presenter, delivering with clarity, simplicity, conviction and passion.

The candidate should meet the following requirements:
- The ability to juggle multiple projects ensuring delivery on time/ budget and exceeding client expectations.
- Attention to detail, extremely organised, deadline driven.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and strive for continual improvement.
- Manage own time effectively and understand the need to prioritise tasks and resource.
- PC skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
The remuneration scale will reflect experience and be in the range £25k-£30k with a performance-related bonus.
